HOW CAN I CANCEL MY TRIP?

Trips purchased exclusively online and paid for by card must be canceled by calling +34 91 733 76 22 or emailing hola@bisteuropa.com, where you will need to provide the service contract code.

Phone assistance hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I CANCEL MY TRIP?

If the cancellation is made:

  • Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 70% of the total service price will be refunded.
  • Between 20 and 8 days before departure: 50% of the total service price will be refunded.
  • Between 7 and 3 days before departure: 25% of the total service price will be refunded.
  • 2 days before departure: 10% of the total service price will be refunded.
  • The day before the service or on the same day: 100% will be charged (no refund).

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OR TIME OF THE TRIP?

  • Changing the date or time will not incur additional charges if requested at least 2 business days (Monday–Friday) prior to the trip’s date and time.
  • A surcharge of up to 10% of the service price will be applied if you request the change between 1 and 2 business days (Monday–Friday) before the scheduled trip date and time.
  • With less than 24 business hours (Monday–Friday) notice, the company reserves the right to modify the schedule or date of the trip/service and may apply any costs arising from canceling the service.

IMPORTANT NOTE
To finalize the reservation for the trip or service, payment must be made at least 3 business days (Monday–Friday) in advance, indicating the service contract code provided in your quote.
